About Samantha
Helping people has always been at the center of who I am. I knew I wanted my life and work to make a difference in the lives of others, but I did not know how that purpose would unfold or where it would lead me.
Then an unexpected move opened a door to a career I never saw coming.
When my husband and I moved back to Ohio after living in Florida for a few years, we were stepping into a new chapter of our own. Leaving our first home together was bittersweet, but it created an opportunity for us to provide housing for students who needed a place to call home. Through this opportunity, we gained firsthand experience in property management while learning the importance of creating a space where others feel welcomed and supported.
More than managing a property, I discovered the joy of helping people navigate seasons of change and creating an environment where they feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. This experience showed me how real estate could bring together my passion for people and my desire to make a difference in their lives.
At the heart of everything I do, I want people to feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe meaningful relationships are built through genuine connections and trust.
