Quinn was AWESOME to work with from the beginning to the end of our home buying process. She took the time to get to really know us and listened to our needs and wants to help us find different homes to look at and to eventually purchase our first house. His knowledge of the market helped us not only sell our home in 5 hours from the time it was listed but also receive an offer for 10K more than we were asking. He was also able to find us the perfect house, in our price range which is much nicer than we thought possible. Once offers were accepted on both ends, the real work began and he was available to talk and ask questions to whenever we had them and was diligent in moving other parties along if things became stagnant and threatened our intended closing dates. After dealing with him as well as the, let's say less than competent agents for the other parties involved in our deals, I think it is safe to say all real estate agents are not created equal. We moved out of state, and she took care of everything so we could focus on our move. He is very personable and makes you feel like you are his only client. I work odd hours and he was always willing to accommodate around my schedule and get me in to see houses when it worked for me. My budget was on the lower side, and he never made me feel less important than clients who could spend more. He never tried to push me to the maximum of my budge, and he never tried to get me to buy something I didn’t want. I could text him at pretty much all hours of the day and receive timely and honest responses to all of my questions. All in all, he made the home-buying experience as painless as possible for me!
